UAE e-invoicing, handled from your first invoice to the FTA
Create invoices here or bring them from Zoho Books, TallyPrime or Excel. Each one is checked against PINT AE, sent through your accredited service provider, and its legal deadline is watched until it is done.
Yes. In the UAE every e-invoice is exchanged through a service provider accredited by the Ministry of Finance. This platform connects to the provider you choose and prepares everything it needs.
Which providers do you work with?
Any accredited provider. Each one is connected through its own adapter, so changing provider later does not change how your team works.
What is PINT AE?
It is the UAE version of the Peppol invoice format. It defines the fields, codes and rules an e-invoice must follow. Every invoice is checked against the official rules before it is sent.
Does this replace my accounting system?
No. Keep using Zoho Books, TallyPrime or your own system. The platform takes the invoices from there, or you create them in the portal.
Can my team work in Arabic?
Yes. The portal, emails and invoice copies are available in Arabic and English, and each user chooses their language.
What happens if the provider’s system is down?
Invoices wait safely and are sent again automatically. The platform opens an incident and prepares the notice the FTA requires within two business days.
How long are invoices kept?
At least five years after the end of the tax period, unchanged, with a check that proves nothing was altered.
